Return & Refund Policy:

Southern Rein Boutique accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for store credit within 15 days of original purchase.

Please Note:

• Any items received after 15 days from original purchase are NON refundable.
• If you need to return an item please contact us at boutiquesouthernrein@gmail.com with your order number and what you're returning.
• We will then email you back with return instructions.
• Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. Unless we made a mistake on your order, which we will then happily cover the return shipping cost.
• Any items purchased with a discount code can NOT be returned or exchanged!
• The store credit refund will process within 2-3 business days after we've received the returned items and you will be emailed as soon as it's processed. 
• ALL Sale/Clearance items as well as any hats, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE!
